Buurtzorg Kraam provides professional maternity care (kraamzorg) at home. In the Netherlands every new mother is entitled to a maternity carer who supports her and the baby during the birth and in the days that follow. Buurtzorg Kraam offers this care up to ten days after the birth, helping the mother recover and giving the family a good start.
Like Buurtzorg's nursing teams, Buurtzorg Kraam works in small, self-managing teams of maternity carers who organise the care themselves, close to the families they look after.

- Groningen
- Westerkwartier and surroundings
- Friesland
- Hardenberg, Coevorden and Nieuw-Amsterdam
