New book: The Buurtzorg Revolution
Jos de Blok tells the story of Buurtzorg, from a kitchen-table idea to more than 1,100 teams, in a new book written with journalist Bart Kiers.
De buurtzorgrevolutie: het verhaal van Jos de Blok was published in November 2025 by Bohn Stafleu van Loghum. Written with journalist Bart Kiers, the book follows how Buurtzorg grew from one team into a movement of more than 1,100 self-managing teams, and the resistance it met along the way. The book is in Dutch.
