Tuesday June 6th, a delegation from different Universities in Japan visited Buurtzorg.
Together with Comunity Nurse Yoko Huijs (originally she is from Japan and now working for Buurtzorg team Dorwerth), we welcomed them at a Buurtzorg team office in Nootdorp.
First Madelon presented an overview of 12 years Buurtzorg; It became a very pleasant and interactive session with a lot of questions. Thanks to the translation of Yoko, which was very helpful to give them a better understanding of our organization.
At last Yoko showed the Buurtzorg Web on her iPad, to give a short impression about our IT system.
But of course we started with coffee and “Stroopwafels!”
As we like to say at Buurtzorg: ‘First Coffee….. then Care!’
